Neo Bistro was born in Barcelona from the meeting of two hospitality professionals who decided to combine their experience to create their own project. With more than 18 years of experience in international kitchens, they share a common vision: to create a place where you can eat very well and feel comfortable from the very first moment.
Our cuisine focuses on the product, with precise execution and the prominence of charcoal grilling, reinterpreting tradition through a contemporary lens. Balanced, recognizable dishes without unnecessary embellishments, designed to be enjoyed any day of the week.
We offer a solid and consistent menu, complemented by seasonal off-menu suggestions and a weekly changing lunch menu, always maintaining a coherent, accessible, and well-executed offering.
